Fu Dog – Day 80

This pair of Fu Dogs are in mammoth tusk?! They are mere inches in tall/wide/deep by an unknown artist.

Did you know that Fu Dogs could be found in mammoth tusk? These were really well disguised but I’m glad the artist found them – I think pieces this small may be referred to as netsuke.

    Hi this pair of Foo Dogs carved out from high quality genuine Mammoth ivory Tusk & carved by Master Carver - But this aren't Netsukes - they 3 times bigger than Netsuke.
