This Fu Dog is of unknown gender and unknown artist. It is a silver ornament of some kind dated approximately of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1941)

Did you know that many Fu Dogs have their tongue sticking out (or at least visible)? Folk lore has it that rubbing the tongue is good luck! I’m all for good luck!
